Stall Application

Stallholder Information, Terms & Conditions

  • 1 x Site = $50
  • 2 x Sites = $75
  • 3 x Sites = $100
  • Power = $20 extra

Accounts:

  • On site payment will not be accepted without prior discussion with the Market Manager.

Cancellation:

  • To cancel your booking please discuss with Market Manager on 0499 212 293 (Mon - Sat, 9am - 3pm). A cancellation fee may apply.

Vendors:

  • Vendors must have current public liability with $20 million cover. Public liability insurance can be purchased here ($75 for 3 months cover, up to $159 for 12 months cover, you may also cover your products as well however that is optional).
  • Food vendors are required to be registered with Wagga Wagga City Council’s Environmental Health. Registration can be completed here, if you haven't already registered.
  • Both the above documents MUST be uploaded to your stall application.

Vehicles on site:

  • Vendors can come in to drop off (before 10am) and pickup (after 3pm). All vehicles are to be removed before the public arrives. No vehicles are allowed on the lawn only pathways.

Food Vendors are required to:

  • Appoint a qualified food safety supervisor (please upload this to your application), and
  • All team members must have food handling training, which can be completed here

Temporary Structures:

  • Tent pegs, stakes or similar are not permitted to secure structures on Council land. Structures are to be secured with weights or sandbags.
  • All structures are to be setup prior to the public being permitted into the event site and pack up is completed after the public have left the site.

Toilets:

  • Public toilets available at Wagga Beach and in the Precinct near the playground.

Waste Management:

  • There will be a limited amount of market and council supplied bins in the main event area for use of the public visiting the event site. However individual stall waste management including recycling and green waste management is the responsibility of individual stall owners/managers.
